Our beach front condos in Playa del Carmen are located primarily in the Xaman Ha, Natz ti Ha or Luna Encantada complexes, which are three of only a handful of condos in Playa that are directly on the beach. Both complexes also benefit by being on a stone's throw to Playa's world-reknowned 5th Avenue, with is numerous restaurants, shops and nightclubs.  We also feature beachfront and beachview accommodations on the incredibly beautiful Coco Beach and in Playacar I and II, which is Playa del Carmen's master-planned, gated residential community.
